I drove all the way from Gainesville (30 miles one way) twice. The 2nd time I went out there I was told I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted with a little more of a down payment for a little more a month, with the credit I have. I agreed and told them I didn’t want to drive all the way out there if it wasn’t possible. When I got there, they put me in the basic model and it’s not what we agreed on. Telling me to get me in the one I wanted, I was looking at $50-75 more a month. I feel that I went up on my down payment AND want I wanted to pay monthly, they could of worked with me a little bit more. The guy also lied saying they were going to give me $10k for my trade in when it’s only worth $5k according to KBB. I busted my xxx to get my down payment, took time out of my busy days to just be lied to and tried to be forced into something I didn’t want, I just wanted the next model up that had a few upgrades. Just feel like they could of came down another $50-75 to sell a car but they weren’t trying hard enough and didn’t care to try harder for my business.
