Simple oil change took 3 hours to complete, and I had the first appointment time available. There was a piece of trash left in between the center console and the driver seat. This was my car's first service. Check in was smooth, on time, and very polite. They were nice enough to arrange a ride for me over to the Americana on Brand so I wouldn't have to Check in was smooth, on time, and very polite. They were nice enough to arrange a ride for me over to the Americana on Brand so I wouldn't have to wait 3 hours at the dealer. The car was ready when they said it would be and looked clean & shiny from the wash. No charge since it was still under the service warranty. More
