Absolutely awful customer service. Service dept is a joke. Brought my car in with a simple airbag light on and when I left had trouble starting my car and now I can’t even drive it. Okay my 10th time back to Kia of South Attleboro and another pleasant experience it’s like going to your best friends house and being welcomed. Thanks to all of you but I’d like to mention this, i had a problem with my color of my vehicle when Kia registered it for me, i was going to Maine and didn’t need any aggravation about the color, well i had all the wrong facts and Keith Lopes set me straight and gave me great information and willing to pay for my forms to have it changed, but i never did because I felt like an xxx 😂 i had bad information, long winded, but thanks guys keep up the great work More

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. During the call I was I formed of multiple recalls that need to be fixed. This was the first time I was told about these issues. Then I was told that During the call I was I formed of multiple recalls that need to be fixed. This was the first time I was told about these issues. Then I was told that even tho the service department closes at 7:00pm on Monday & Wednesday, they can not do recalls after 3:00pm. I said, I can't be there by 3:00pm due to work and I was told I should take a personal or sick day from work. I informed them I am an independent contractor and I don't get any paid days out. There was no clear explanation about why they recalls can't be dealt with at 4:00pm when my oil change was scheduled for but I have had the car for years and NEVER had an issue getting a recall taken care of. Everything at this dealership has become an issue and I wish I had bought the car somewhere else!! More
