As soon as we entered Millennium we were introduced to Mauricio, who was very professional, understood our needs and was very courteous to us. Mr Mosquera was made aware of a problem that I was having getting my registration for my new Honda CRV from the DMV. Justin helped me out to get into my 3rd lease with Millennium Honda. I needed something a little bigger this time around as my family has grown and we were able to work out a deal for the 2020 CRV. Justin knew about the vehicle and showed us all the features and gadgets. We worked easily with Mauricio and they both made the deal simple without a lot of back and forth. I went to this dealer last week. My purpose was to buy a new car. The “specialist” guy who attended me was texting and attending calls from her girlfriend. I didn’t tell anything because I was looking for c new car. The “specialist” guy who attended me was texting and attending calls from her girlfriend. I didn’t tell anything because I was looking for cars then I chose the car that I liked. He made me a “great” offer discount for $52 and of course I didn’t take it and he went to talk to the sales management. They got back together and the sales guy was ok but I took my time. I was talking about over 20k, it’s no 10 dollars of course I wanted to take my time to think about the offers. When I talked to him for a second time after 10 minutes, he was so rude, talked to me loud and treated me as a regular person, not as a customer who wanted to buy a car. They pressured me and they offered me a good price for that car. I made an appointment after one day to take the car. I waited for them because in my schedule they have another guy but I still said it’s ok I just wanted that car for that price. The sales guy was rude again and he didn’t want to make the same offer because I didn’t take the last time, I could understand that but he saw me and he didn’t say oh I’m sorry I can’t. Not! He said I can’t and if you don’t have money to pay for it it’s better you keep looking for and buy one you can pay and don’t waste me my time. I just standed up and said ok. Of course I had the money to pay for it, I didn’t go to spend over 20k because they wanted it. I felt they treated me like that because they thought I didn’t have enough money because I didn’t wear expensive clothes? I really didn’t understand but after that I went to Honda City and they treated me so different, they were so professionally and friendly, they couldn’t offer me the same price than your guys but made business with them was so good from I arrived the dealer that I felt so happy for spent my money with that kind of workers. Maybe they could teach your workers how to treat customers. More
