Bait and switch! Called on a vehicle and they started paperwork on it. Then they called us and said there was something wrong with the engine. A few days later we saw the same vehicle on their website as paperwork on it. Then they called us and said there was something wrong with the engine. A few days later we saw the same vehicle on their website as they had re-listed it after certifying it and raised the price $3,000. very untrustworthy individuals there! Avoid that place at all cost!! More

I shopped a lot of places, and as bad as the car shortage may be, this place was the worst of everywhere. The way the conduct business is awful. Won’t leave you alone promising you’re getting the best deal, may be, this place was the worst of everywhere. The way the conduct business is awful. The customer service at this dealership is horrible. I left a deposit and when it was time for my refund I totally got the run around from the manager down to the salesperson. My phone calls and emails w left a deposit and when it was time for my refund I totally got the run around from the manager down to the salesperson. My phone calls and emails went unanswered and when I was able to speak to the general manager I was assured that it would be taken care of and as of today nothing yet. I will continue on every site to write how terrible customer service is. I also work in customer service and would never treat customers like the way they do. More

In my experience, Millennium was very competitive on price and followed through on our oral agreement. This in spite of the fact that in this market they probably could sold the car for much in the 10 price and followed through on our oral agreement. Professional and honest. You don't find Juan a salesperson but someone who cares to hear your needs for a car and your financial situation. I bought the smallest car there but I felt like I boug salesperson but someone who cares to hear your needs for a car and your financial situation. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Do not purchase car from here. They take your money and mess up with car registration papers. I got ticketed twice in the same day!!! They said they’ll pay I bought over docu here. They take your money and mess up with car registration papers. I got ticketed twice in the same day!!! They said they’ll pay I bought over documentation and no ticket has been paid!! I even spoke to the manager. He did nothing. Freaking horrible!! I wish there was a way to transfer the sale to another Honda dealership More
