Bait and switch! Called on a vehicle and they started paperwork on it. Then they called us and said there was something wrong with the engine. I shopped a lot of places, and as bad as the car shortage may be, this place was the worst of everywhere. The way the conduct business is awful. The customer service at this dealership is horrible. I left a deposit and when it was time for my refund I totally got the run around from the manager down to the salesperson. My phone calls and emails went unanswered and when I was able to speak to the general manager I was assured that it would be taken care of and as of today nothing yet. In my experience, Millennium was very competitive on price and followed through on our oral agreement. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Do not purchase car from here. They take your money and mess up with car registration papers. I got ticketed twice in the same day!!! They said they’ll pay I bought over docu here. They take your money and mess up with car registration papers. I got ticketed twice in the same day!!!
