Service Excellence I've been purchasing highline cars for nearly a decade. This is my first experience with the Audi product, and I'm very happy. What swayed me to I've been purchasing highline cars for nearly a decade. This is my first experience with the Audi product, and I'm very happy. What swayed me to Rockville Audi was the customer service during the purchase and the cherry on top is the service department. Cars today nearly drive the same, there's really minimal differences when you're in the $80-$100,000 range, however Service and the way your car is maintenanced is what can be the deciding factor. Max was my service writer, and also had a great conversation with Chuck, the shop foreman. Both of them took the time to set my service appointment up and even though my car is modified extensively there were no problems with getting a basic oil change. Having a dealer be cognizant that customers will accesories their vehicle to their liking and not cause issues during service appointment is a relief. Just don't expect them to replace your turbos if you walk in there and say your car blew up and you don't know how. What you can expect is excellent service if you are honest and forthcoming. You reap what you sow. More

It was just a very friendly and relaxed experience. Everyone at the Rockville Audi/Porsche dealer was extremely nice. It was also very cool having a guitarist and free ice cream there the day of buying my first car. I would definitely recommend others to this dealership and most certainly to Alex Max! I took several of his cards and have already give some to friends and family! Many great Experiences. My Family has been purchasing Audi's from Rockville Audi(and Porsche) since December 2012. Personally I have had 4 Audis in the time with the rest of My Family has been purchasing Audi's from Rockville Audi(and Porsche) since December 2012. Personally I have had 4 Audis in the time with the rest of my Family purchasing another Bakers Dozen. (our family likes change) On every occasion, we have just walked in on short notice when we see something on their website and we want to Test Drive. Alex Max has always been the Go-to Guy. I actually consider him a friend at this point. He and I have developed a Candid relationship, to the point where he knows what I would like and what I wouldn't like. He and his colleagues have seldomly led me down a path I would regret, as a car purchase is one of the biggest decisions. Always checking in to make sure that all is good. Whenever an issue occurs and I show up to the service department, I am always treated with respect and made sure that whatever problem that its dealt with. That is rare in the car biz. (from experience). On one of my car purchases I was in and out (Test Drive, Trade, and Finance) within about the time it takes to see a short movie. Which is pretty impressive because Ive never gone in there and it not be busy. Stand up guys, obviously there is the Car Dealership Bullsnit but they know the product and if you know what you should pay walking in, then its a great, and almost fun experience. Alex Max makes life easier and he is a joy to work with. More

Sometimes I have been hyper paranoid about my car and they always appear more than happy and willing to look at anything I ask them to no matter how insane the request. Recently I moved to Philadelphia and have tried several Audi service departments in the area and they do not compare. Now I make a 2.5 hour trek to get my car serviced at Rockville just because it's that good. Max, Bryan, and Matt are the guys to see. They are really helpful, friendly, and just plain easy to work with. Chris in sales sold me my most recent car and that guys is pretty darn cool also - he paid attention to my needs and found me the car I wanted really quickly. More
