This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we ask purchasing a new car. I had done a ton of research and knew what I did and didn’t want. He listened made suggestions and showed us a few different options. We decided on the Sorento.
