Max Shumilo

This 2021 Honda CR-V is my second purchase at Heritage Honda Bel Air and I couldn’t be more pleased. My salesman was Terry Fifer. He simply did everything right. He was not pushy in any way. When I encounter an aggressive salesperson, I am forced to become defensive and I simply walk out the door. Terry in no way made me feel defensive. He made note of the things I was looking for in a vehicle and each one that he showed me had those exact features. When I was shown the vehicle that was to become the CR-V that I drove away, I noticed some superficial damage (a fairly deep scratch) on the front passenger side. I asked if this could be buffed out and a manager told me that this “scratch” was probably too deep. I bought the car anyway and after it had been detailed in their shop and I picked up my new ride I was so happily surprised to see that the service people had somehow all but made this damage disappear! I had to look for it to even see it. Many thanks to Terry Fifer, to Max, and to the shop personnel for a job well done. More
