When I arrived at Russ Darrow Mazda, it was very busy. I was helped right away. I had 3 recalls and an oil change that needed to be performed on my car. I received notification of the completion of my I was helped right away. I had 3 recalls and an oil change that needed to be performed on my car. I received notification of the completion of my oil change within the hour. I then texted and asked if my car was ready for pick up and did not receive a response. I called an hour later and was told it would be another hour or hour and half to fix the recalls. I then did not hear anything for hours. I called again at 5:30 because I knew the shop would be closing. I asked if the car was ready and was told it was and I had been texted and called. When I said I received no notification it was checked on and the message was never sent. I dropped my car off at 9:45 and didn’t get it back until 6:00. Both times I received an update on progress were because I called the dealer. They did not contact me except for the completion of the oil change. I have gotten all my prior work done at Russ Darrow and have not had these issues. More
