After 5 awkward minutes of standing there, Cullen suddenly came into the service area with a big smile on his face and light in his eyes and asked if I'd been helped. I said no so he quickly got me checked in and was very pleasant and helpful through the whole process. I very much enjoyed working with him and hope I get to do so again in the future.
