Kind of disappointed that , feeling I was buying a car with low mileage, there would be no issues. Shame on me. The car tires had minimal tread, was dirty before my test drive which hid chips on the winds with low mileage, there would be no issues. Shame on me. I’m disappointed in myself for letting my guard down because everyone took pride in telling me I was going to be taken care of. I feel I was taken. I feel that a used car for sale at a reputable dealership should be road worthy. Back in Mass. this car wouldn’t of past inspection. More

We really like our new CR-V except that the passenger seat doesn’t adjust vertically. With all the features offered, it seems absurd that we’ve had to buy a booster pillow for that seat. Jacob Miles was very informed and fair and straightforward in the negotiations. He went out of his way to always assist us when we visited the showroom. Maytee is a gem and a great help to seniors with the technology. The finance dept made us feel like we’d been hustled in a game of 3 card monte. It was far too confusing and rushed. I guess we were taken by the dealership. We just weren’t aware of all the intrigue involved in securing a lease. More
