Purchase of a new HONDA. On 28 June, my wife Vallory and I went to HONDA of Ft Myers to look at 2019 Hondas. We were interested in trading in our 2013 Honda Accord. We had s On 28 June, my wife Vallory and I went to HONDA of Ft Myers to look at 2019 Hondas. We were interested in trading in our 2013 Honda Accord. We had seen the new CR-V and wanted to look at those as well as the new Accords. Our salesperson, Maria Ycaza, met us as we entered the showroom. She had already arranged for us to see an Accord and a CR-V. As we test drove each vehicle, she answered all of our questions and was. a delight to work with. Personable and knowledgeable, Maria’s orientation was on us the entire time we spent together. She’s a good listener and as we began negotiating on the Accord, she asked me if it was “the right vehicle.” Turns out it wasn’t, My. wife loved driving the CR-V and I was definitely interested in it. Maria never changed her attitude, focused on us and closing the deal. Easily she is THE BEST salesperson I have met in my lifetime. Maria’s boss, J R, was equally impressive. They made the process of buying a new car actually enjoyable. When we had a problem getting the color we wanted, Maria was ready with alternatives and we adjusted without a problem. Review I contacted dealership via internet. Asked to be contacted during my non working hours. Was contacted during my work. It took 5 1/2 hours to complete I contacted dealership via internet. Asked to be contacted during my non working hours. Was contacted during my work. It took 5 1/2 hours to complete deal. I was sent home with key to a different car and had to return it. I returned 1 week later to have window wash filled. I had to return 1 week later for repairs of window wash. I received a call asking for photo of my VIN to be sent. Then received a call stating the wrong VIN was on the documents I had signed and needed to return to resign documents, which required call to insurance to correct insurance information. More
