After a rocky start with the sales department and walking away from the dealership David contacted me and worked tirelessly with me to get me the vehicle I wanted on my terms. Within days of having the vehicle I had troubles with some things mechanically and contacted David who bent over backwards to make things right....all while dealing with me being crabby and impatient My only complaint was his communication could have been better. Sam in service was awesome at keeping me updated on the status of my repairs and even sent video explaining what had been done. Dellman in sales was very friendly and easy to work with. Meagan was friendly and efficient in getting my paperwork done especially considering I was there after hours. More

Signing my name to documents that were possibly not that important but enough that they gave themselves all happy smiles and my initials at the end. I questioned them and got the run around. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM LAWRENCE KIA AGAIN AND SINCE THE SAME STAFF ARE THERE - THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED. Except Meagan. She was great. More
