After a rocky start with the sales department and walking away from the dealership David contacted me and worked tirelessly with me to get me the vehicle I wanted on my terms. Within days of having the vehi away from the dealership David contacted me and worked tirelessly with me to get me the vehicle I wanted on my terms. Within days of having the vehicle I had troubles with some things mechanically and contacted David who bent over backwards to make things right....all while dealing with me being crabby and impatient My only complaint was his communication could have been better. Sam in service was awesome at keeping me updated on the status of my repairs and even sent video explaining what had been done. Dellman in sales was very friendly and easy to work with. Meagan was friendly and efficient in getting my paperwork done especially considering I was there after hours. More

a minute ago New If I could give zero stars I would complaints filed with BBB, Kia corporate, FTC, as well as social media as well as NHTSA, next up will be local media I am outraged and have been a lo complaints filed with BBB, Kia corporate, FTC, as well as social media as well as NHTSA, next up will be local media I am outraged and have been a loyal Kia customer for years, you should be ashamed of yourselves 2021 Kia k5 73,000 miles and has been in service more times then I care to count most recently in September for yet again wiring issues with driver side turn signals not working and saying check turn signal, as well as my car shifting so hard it will jerk you or not wanting to shift at all! I was assured these issues had been fixed but yet here we are yet again and when I contacted service on several occasions now all of a sudden my warranty doesn’t cover it but was then told if I paid 189.99 then he would pull it in and get it covered by my warranty, so now you blackmail your customers as well shame on you, then just today I learned of a recall from 2025 regarding my gas tank, yet I was never notified or made aware of this despite all of my service trips, this is absolutely unacceptable and will take this as far as necessary to gets this resolved, take some accountability and do better More
