Finally in a safe car thanks to Rusnak! I had been driving a Fiat for the past couple of years and while I’ve enjoyed parking almost anywhere, I was constantly having issues with the car and I had been driving a Fiat for the past couple of years and while I’ve enjoyed parking almost anywhere, I was constantly having issues with the car and felt extremely unsafe in it. Recently, I began to have a problem with the engine and that was obviously the final straw, as an engine is quite imperative. I made an appointment with Verletta at Rusnak Volvo Pasadena and that is where this happy story really begins. I had taken my car to a dealership closer to my house and was unable to find a safe car that I really liked. I was scared to drive my car to Pasadena at first, in fear that it may stop on the way, but I’m so happy I did. Verletta let me test drive some new Volvo’s and some used and we found the perfect car for me. She understood my financial situation and she worked extremely hard with Meena to find me the best deal possible. They were both extremely kind during the process and felt like family. After finding the car I met with Brandi to sign all of the paperwork. Brandi kept this easy process going and made me feel so comfortable. And then at the end of the day I got to drive off in a Volvo! Talk about feeling safe! Sally the GM was so kind and welcoming throughout the process. She is a fantastic GM and leader and has an incredible team! I apologize for this long review but I am finally so happy and safe in my car! If you need a ride hit me up! More

Great team, professional and courteous From Patrick, the sales consultant, to Meena, the sales manager, I have nothing but good things to say, Patrick willingly answered all our questions From Patrick, the sales consultant, to Meena, the sales manager, I have nothing but good things to say, Patrick willingly answered all our questions and was happy to test drive any cars we were interested in. We happened to be zero’d in on one particular model (XC90) but couldn’t decide on trim levels and packages. He showed me all the different options and prices directly on his sales screen, so I felt he was super transparent and just wanted me to get the exact car I wanted (regardless of cost or upselling me). When I finally settled on one, Meena made sure I understood that he’d be willing to mark the car down to get my business. I got a great deal as I was shopping around and doing research on my own, he beat any other price I found within 200 miles. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted at the best price so I’m happy! Finally, the finance manager (Brandi) made the financing super easy to understand my options and I never got pressured i to using Volvo financing over my own bank. More
