I have never had such a pleasant and easy experience in a car dealership in my life until I met Meghan Ahrens. From the moment she greeted me with her upbeat attitude and enthusiasm I knew she was going to make my experience a memorable one. She listened to what I wanted and gave me more than what I expected. She was attentive, professional, and extremely helpful in terms of educating me on the different models and offers available for me. As a first time Lexus customer, she ensured the best service possible, I felt comfortable the whole step of the way. I was nervous at some points but she comtinued to make me laugh and feel confident about leaving with my dream car. She really did make my Dream come true and made sure I left with my Lexus IS 300. She even added a red bow because i told her it was my birthday present to myself. I could tell by the way she helped me that she takes pride in helping others.
