While it was an unfortunate situation, it provided an opportunity to see how Conestoga Motors handles challenges. I contacted Mel and Jerry to inform them of the issue, and they responded with professionalism and integrity. They immediately took the necessary steps to address the problem under the warranty, ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. I purposely waited months to write this review to ensure the resolution was completed correctly—and I’m happy to report it absolutely was. After reaching out and exchanging emails for a few days, I decided to make the trip to Ephrata—a place I had never been—to test drive the car. The vehicle was exactly as described, and the attention to detail in preparing it was impressive. After a quick test drive, I sealed the deal and drove away in less than an hour. I also had the pleasure of having a wholesome conversation with Mel and a few others in the office as Mel finalized the paperwork. Being born and raised in Texas, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of connecting with others that I would not have met if I was not buying this car.
