After some time in this role, I transitioned into sales, where I spent the next three years building relationships and driving results. Mel Hurt was so genuinely helpful when I purchased my new car. We kept looking for exactly what I was looking for and she called me with 2 options one day. The 1 was perfect and I love it! The customer service dept is so nice, helpful, and sincere. I worked with Zac and I even got into a conversation about a concern I had with my gas mileage on my new 2022 Equinox RS. He was sincere about helping me out with that and with my loaner. While I was there I found my sales girl Mel Hurt. Outstanding service even after I bought my car with her. She truly cares that I’m happy and taken care of. She saw me, found out what I was in for and made sure I was happy with my service! I really enjoyed the the service at the hawk Subaru in Plainfield. The manager Chris did a good job with me. I had a little situation and they help me work it out. The car is running perfectly.
