This summer, I bought a vehicle from Hawk Chevy. . my experience with the sales staff was wonderful and I left feeling relieved and accomplished after having had a horrible experience elsewhere. 4 da . my experience with the sales staff was wonderful and I left feeling relieved and accomplished after having had a horrible experience elsewhere. 4 days after purchasing my vehicle, it stalled out while driving and wouldn’t start. It’s now been a little over 6 months and this has happened 4 times. Each time communication with them has been impossible to getting it fixed. Never receiving call backs until it gets escalated to the Service Director. I’ve now had my vehicle die two days ago and have yet to receive any communication back. More

I've been in contact with Mel Hurt about the car I've been wanting. Stopped in with my son and with my husband on different days with different questions. She was so awesome and knew her stuff! Even though she had some time off, she checked inventory and let me know my options. When she returned she kept me in the loop with inventory. Never pushy, always listened to my needs and wants. The sales manager was very considerate and professional too. What a difficult time right now for everybody, but Melanie Hurt ROCKS!! She went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. After test driving a car that was at another dealership I not only knew what I wanted, but what I didn't want. I loved the Chevy Equinox RS that had the sunroof and black wheels I just loved the ride! What I didn't love was that I stopped at a dealer other than Hawk Chevy of Joliet. What a bunch of pushy, liars at this other dealership. Marking their prices up $7000 from MSRP! Currie Motors in Forest Park...liars! Telling me there isn't a dealer out there not marking prices up! Well, yes there is... Hawk Chevy of Joliet isn't marking up prices! I bought my car at Hawk of Joliet and my daughter bought her car 8 months ago there as well. I absolutely recommend Hawk of Joliet! More
