I have been a toyota owner for the last 20 years. The experience at Toyota camelback was very negative. The sales person didn't listen to my needs and sounded annoyed that I was all over the place w The experience at Toyota camelback was very negative. The sales person didn't listen to my needs and sounded annoyed that I was all over the place when trying to decide what my next purchase was going to be. I was given many options and I was treated as if I was ignorant. She then sent a closer who was very pushy and was pressuring me to buy right away. I decided to go to a different toyota dealer where they listened to my needs and helped me layout all my options and answered all my questions in a friendly non pressure manner. I purchased my 5th car from toyota with a dealership that actually cares. Camelback needs to teach their sales team to be more empathetic and understanding with consumer needs. More

I am very grateful and very happy with my experience in purchasing my new car in Toyota Camelback, Melanie and Brandon were AMAZING! They made my transaction super smooth and convenient. They also are very knowledgeable and very considerate in what type of car I need. It was a very excellent service, top tier hospitality. They really provided the 5 star experience. The transaction was transparent, efficient, communication was very clear and I did not feel pressured. Tried 2 cars and the last one, I really really loved it, Melanie really gave me great options and made the process so easy and not stressful. Brandon provided great assistance when it came to paperworks and just made the overall experience and time very worth it.
