Coachella Valley under new ownership and management rocks👏🏼👍🏼! What a stark contrast!! I experienced a harrowing treatment only 2years ago, from sales agents to manager!! I had to come go bac rocks👏🏼👍🏼! What a stark contrast!! I experienced a harrowing treatment only 2years ago, from sales agents to manager!! I had to come go back this time to trade in the car they SOLD me in 2022!! The new owners/management, Phil, sent me a text inviting me to come back and lovely Melissa in Sales, treated me an elderly, with respect and not "hoodwink" me again with a RAW deal I received from the old management! So keep up the great work CV I-10 Volkswagen!!! More

I had no intention of buying a new car until Sylvester called me one Friday and said he had my car of my dreams Golf R 20. I drove off the lot a very happy man! Then Slyvester called my wife the next da called me one Friday and said he had my car of my dreams Golf R 20. I drove off the lot a very happy man! Then Slyvester called my wife the next day and sold her a 2024 Cross Sport! Then the following weekend my son purchased a Ram 15oo from David C. Not to mention my neighbor bought a new VW the same day I bought mine on Fridayl! Do we love VW and the service we get from the new ownership is fantastic! I will be a VW man for the remainder of my life for sure! If we did not trust this dealership, we never would have purchased 3 cars in one week!
