We just purchased our toyota camry from toyota elmhurst and Melissa Garcia, couldn't have been any nicer. It was by far the best buying experience we ever had. Melissa helped program our phones, and our garage door opener, which we were very greatful. I will suggest Melissa Garcia to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle in the future. We started our new car search looking at Toyota, Honda and Subaru. I conducted an internet search for comparative quotes. In the proces, I coresponded with over a dozen dealers and sales employees. When we decided on the RAV4 we narrowed down our search to Toyota. I found that from all the people I worked with Melisssa was by far the most enjoyable. She was straight forward and gave me a very competieve quote - the first time - no games. She listed all the "extras" with the out the door price. Along with helping us get the best financing for our credit score. There were no surprises. When we picked up the vechile, she was very accomidating to our whole family and took the time to make sure we were comfortable. Melissa took also to show us all the car features and even synced our phones for us. In the end, I felt that working with Melissa was like buying a car from a friend. I started research on RAV4 and Honda CRV months ago. Using the internet was a great way to feel confident as a consumer. We compared vehicles, learned what a fair price should be and what features were included. Consumer Reports sends a savings certificate stating suggested prices for a specific vehicle. Elmhurst Toyota had the lowest price of 3 local Toyota dealerships. After much comparison shopping, I responded to Melissa Garcia's emails to come in for a test drive. We loved the RAV4 and decided this was the car we wanted. The whole purchasing experience was low key and Elmhurst Toyota met the suggested price as soon as I showed them the CR "savings certificate". All of the people we worked with were knowledgeable and I liked that they gave you the required information without pressuring you in any way. They were willing to meet our needs and budget. Melissa walked us through all of the technology and even helped set up our phones! I highly recommend this salesperson as well as the dealership. More

I had a situation with the vehicle I was in. I felt as if i could never get rid of it! I had a 07 Chevy cobalt. Got it used from a dealership that is no longer in business. I tried and tried to trade it in. i could never get rid of it! I had a 07 Chevy cobalt. Got it used from a dealership that is no longer in business. I tried and tried to trade it in. One night I was watching TV and saw the commercial for this dealer, I figured " Why not try one last time" So I did. I have to say I was skeptical about showing up for the meeting to discuss trade in options. I sat in front of my house for about a good 30 mins before I decide " the hell with it, let me get this over with" I really didnt know what direction I wanted to go in...Do I trade in my vehicle and start over with the same monthly payments if its a better deal? Or do I trade in my vehicle and try to stay as low as possible? Well, the answer is, I bite the bullet! I was able to finance a Toyota Scion XB for 35$ cheaper a month. Yea I know its not much on the savings. But, I did get a spacious car that will fit my 6'5 husband, and my 2 girls! Plus I got GAP coverage, Warranty for 125 K Bumper to Bumper! So I got a great deal! And the Interest rate was cut significantly from what I had before! I would highly reccomend visiting this dealer if you are in a tight spot. Plus times are hard. The sales personal was awesome. I dealt with Todd, John and Melissa. Their persistence is what really made me more comfortable in making my decision to actually visit the dealer. Persistance is very good, not like all the other places you go and they are trying to get you to pay mor than what your paying when you walk in the door, not to mention the fact that the people mentioned aboved worked with me, NOT agaisnt me. Plus the dealership, is really nice and relaxing on the inside. So if you need to make a choice, be sure to visit them, tell them you read this review. And that you were pleased to read it! More
