I had a excelled buying experience with Melissa at this dealership. I drove 2.5 hours 1 way to look at a specific vehicle they had in stock. Melissa was wonderful from start to finish. She didn't have the model/trim I was after in stock at the moment. She showed me her price on a vehicle in transit that matched my wants. She actually encouraged me to shop around as she was confident in her pricing. I did just that and went back to Melissa who in fact had the best price. She kept me up to date on the status of the incoming vehicle and the final transaction was seamless. No games played. Straight forward and easy to deal with. Will be back. More

Melissa was very easy to work with and she was accommodating. She got me a car that was not in their lot and made sure I close on the deal before year end. I gave a dealer a 4 star because I don't appreciate the finance team being intimidating to try to sell you extra insurance and an extended warranty. If it's, one thing that attracts us to the Toyota brand is it's reliability. If they need to sell extras there are far better ways to do so. Thank you anyways to the whole team!! More
