I hadn't given it a thought, actually, so I went home and ran some numbers and decided to go back in the next day to explore my options. I was able to work with Chris and the team at Fred Anderson to secure a brand new CH-R; I am totally loving the car and the fact that i have a new model. Within the exact same calendar day, Victoria at Fred Anderson Toyota had matched a very competitive price and guaranteed me the same trade-in value that Florence Toyota had given me nearly two months earlier. I worked with Carey Wright for sales and had a great experience with him. I would absolutely recommend him to another prospective buyer. I worked with Melissa and Emily in finance and both of them were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The financing part went surprisingly fast and they both found an area where they could save me on sales tax. My experience here topped my previous two car buying experiences by far and I am definitely giving this dealership the first chance for any repeat vehicle purchases. More

My old car was totaled three days before a family reunion in Florida that had been planned months in advance. Upon our return home, I had two days to get into a new car before the school year started up again. Brent came through for me in a tough situation, and I am eternally grateful that he did. I got the car I needed at the price I could afford, and it all happened in record time. Funny thing is, the car is so great and I'm so comfortable driving it, it feels like I've had it for years :-) More
