Purchased a used car from them a couple of weeks ago and the process was fast and easy, a few days later however the check engine light came on and I called the dealer and they told me to bring it back asap the process was fast and easy, a few days later however the check engine light came on and I called the dealer and they told me to bring it back asap. I brought it in and was assisted by Michael Ehrichs of the service department and he got the car with the mechanic made sire I got a ride back to my residence and kept me in the loop on timeframe to fix the car. When the car was ready he sent a driver to pick me up and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done at no cost. I appreciate the effort put into making sure I was a satisfied customer!
