I dropped my vehicle off for service . When I picked my vehicle up, my service tire monitor light was on which was not on when I dropped the vehicle off. When I approached the service ag When I picked my vehicle up, my service tire monitor light was on which was not on when I dropped the vehicle off. When I approached the service agent about this, she asked the mechanic that serviced my car to come out and speak with me. He said that it was a bad sensor and the tire pressure was fine. I asked why I was not notified. They said sorry but we can get it in sometime today to replace the sensor. Total inconvenience since I am not local to the area and had to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle. This service tire monitor code was not on when I dropped off the vehicle, and I was never informed about it to have it fixed. Not happy that I picked my car up from service with a service light on that wasn’t on when I dropped it off and then not notified to fix the issue prior to picking up my vehicle. Extremely inconvenienced! More
