This was me and my wife first time at the dealership just checking out suv vehicles. We met Mr. Reginald Leslie, in this day and time he trusted us with the vehicle for a test drive without showing our crede checking out suv vehicles. We met Mr. Reginald Leslie, in this day and time he trusted us with the vehicle for a test drive without showing our credentials, after that we all talked and laugh like old friends. Even the car processing took some time, but over all we felt very much pampered like a little kid and all of Jim Hudson Lexus staff we delt with was very kind and caring. Starting with Mr. Reginal Leslie, Mr Eddie, and the Technican who explains the electronics in the vehicle. SUV purchased on 4-10-2024, and on 4-15-2024 a small repair was done, the service was excellent and the breakroom was wonderfull. The overall attitudes and the HUMAN BODIES OF THE ENTIRE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF WAS PAMPERING AND EXCELLENT IN THE SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND EXPERIENCE FOR OURSELVES at JIM HUDSON LEXUS OF COLUMBIA,SC ON KILLIAN ROAD. Appointment was easily made by phone and within a day of calling. My service manager rep Mr. Alston was super as he kept me informed of determining what should be done, alternatives available, prices and w calling. My experience with the consultant Terry Capers was excellent, it was also, nice to hear and speak about our military experiences. Terry walked me through the transactions without any fanfare, however, excellent, it was also, nice to hear and speak about our military experiences. Terry walked me through the transactions without any fanfare, however, with me knowing what to expect with the car i was purchasing and what to expect after the purchase which was very important to me. He made the experience of purchasing my Lexus that i was just not another customer but a worthy person that he absolutely care about my experiences before and after my purchase. He didn't try to rush me off, he was concerned that all my questions was asked and answered. I felt confident through the whole process that he care about me as a person not just someone buying a car. Thanks Jim Hudson for having someone Like Terry representing your company. More
