Never again will I set foot in a Hanania dealership. The list is too long to even put in writing - totally unethical behavior. I will simply state that I could not possibly have less trust in a dealer The list is too long to even put in writing - totally unethical behavior. I dealt with service advisor Corey Sass. He went way above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with my car. I still can't believe how quickly he did it either. Within moments of arriving He went way above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with my car. I still can't believe how quickly he did it either. Within moments of arriving for my service appointment he was on it, with a level of personal interest and service that you rarely encounter. THANK YOU Corey!! More

Purchased a used car with 4000 miles for $60k. During the process I was constantly told that it was “basically new” and that they had completely gone through the vehicle to confirm it was as good During the process I was constantly told that it was “basically new” and that they had completely gone through the vehicle to confirm it was as good as new. After purchasing the car, about 20 miles down the road a check engine light came on. I took it to a Toyota dealership the next business day and they informed me that sensors had been removed, and that the service history for the vehicle showed that Hanania Chevrolet had worked on this issue on the vehicle prior to selling to me and manually reset the code. The carfax also showed they had worked on it. Hanania refuses to help with the issue as I “already got too good of a price on the vehicle so it is not their issue.” Steer clear of this business, they will do whatever it takes to make a sale (even maliciously covering up issues), and then be no help when you simply ask for them to keep up their end of the deal (a fully functioning, like new vehicle). Don’t think it won’t happen to you, this dealership has no issues with fraudulent business to make a sale. Save yourself the headache and Go to other dealerships, there are plenty of other cars on the market right now. More

If only there was a way to give these money stealing, blood boiling, scoundrels 0 stars believe me I would. Not even a month into ownership of this vehicle the AC stopped working and all they had to say blood boiling, scoundrels 0 stars believe me I would. Not even a month into ownership of this vehicle the AC stopped working and all they had to say was "as is". it's not their problem. $1600 dollars later and now the transmission is going bad After finding out it's $6000 and very common in this truck as it's a Chevy Colorado and informing them of such they refuse to answer my calls and are practically leaving me stranded after spending loads of money on this vehicle not even 5 months ago and that they portrayed as a reliable in good condition truck that was fully inspected by there service department but Yet to find out it's a lemon that they had to sell to someone like me and to be screwed over and left in the dirt with no way to contact them. I am at a loss for words how they can sleep at night knowing someone out there like me and who knows how many other people are driving around with a vehicle they sold us that's falling apart ,moments away from leaving me stranded at any giving point and lying to my face and acting as if my calls are a joke. How could you even call yourself a business if you do that to your customers it seems to be unreal that they sold me this Truck for over 15,000.00 Dollars now I'm going to have to pay for a attorney I can't believe this company has been around for 30 years and couldn't sell me a truck that would last for 6 months. I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Civic from Jack Hanania Chevrolet, and I would recommend staying away from this dealership. I worked with a salesman named Josh. He was dishonest with me several times, whic Chevrolet, and I would recommend staying away from this dealership. I worked with a salesman named Josh. He was dishonest with me several times, which I called out. They tack on a bunch of fees which made their asking price for the car 5 thousand dollars more than what it was listed for online. I told him he would not have my business unless he sold it to me for the originally listed price- and so we finally did work out a number which I agreed to. Instead of giving me a print out of the "out the door" price like he'd done before, he hand wrote it- which I found a bit odd, so I took a picture of it after he had stepped out of the room. I moved over to the finance room and spoke to Jimmy, who seems like a really nice fella, but beware. He told me what the monthly payment would be, which was much higher than I expected for the amount I was financing. I asked Jimmy why the payment was so high- and he told me this was because of the bumper to bumper warranty that was offered by the bank. I asked him if the warranty was optional. Jimmy said the warranty was not optional, that it lowered my interest rate, and that I had to wait 60 days to opt out. Jimmy also told me he would email me the copies of the paperwork, which he never did. I called to follow up several times but was continuously sent to voicemail. So instead I called the bank which I financed the car through. They had the paperwork on file, and they read the warranty information to me over the phone. They told me that the warranty added an additional 3 thousand dollars to my loan, the warranty was not offered by them, and that it was a different company, and that the warranty did not give me a lower interest rate, and was not required. They told me there was no requirement to wait 60 days before I could opt out of the warranty either. I was lied to by Jimmy, he wanted to sell me this warranty, and he didn't want me to know the truth about it- likely because it's money in his pocket. The out the door price Josh quoted me was less than I ended up paying, and the amount I now owe for this car is thousands more than what I was told I would be financing by both Josh and Jimmy. That is called misrepresentation. I will file with the BBB due to this incident, and I will never purchase from this dealership again. This dealer is going to try and trick you into paying substantially more than the car is worth however they can. Buyers beware. More
