This dealership is welcoming and has a nice layout with coffee and refreshments near the waiting area. The employees are all friendly and greeted us on both occasions. Overall I had a good experience at this dealership. Freddy was the perfect sales pro. He was not available when I picked up my car, and I was handed off to another salesperson for the orientation to my Freddy was the perfect sales pro. He was not available when I picked up my car, and I was handed off to another salesperson for the orientation to my new car. He couldn't have been less interested in whether or not I understood the features and new technology. I am going to choc this up to the pandemic and perhaps he wanted to spend minimal time in the car with me, which I would understand. There was not even a friendly, "call me if you have any questions" or "enjoy your new car!" when he was finished. That was disappointing and colored my experience of the dealer. That said, I love my new XC40 and received a fair non-nonsense deal. More
