I received a marketing brochure in the mail, so I went to get the "FREE" gift card. I had no idea it was a $25 Publix gift card. I was only accustomed to $5.00 Target gift cards. The salesman that greeted m get the "FREE" gift card. I had no idea it was a $25 Publix gift card. I was only accustomed to $5.00 Target gift cards. The salesman that greeted me was Rafael Rios. He advised I had to take a test drive, which I didn't want to do but I promised to come back the following Monday. First thing the following Monday morning I got a call from Nissan confirming my appointment. I purchased a 2021 KIA Rio on 10/7/23 and was very unhappy with that decision - I had only made one car payment, so I had NO idea that I could buy a NEW car. Rafael was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable but not pushy. He assured me he could get me in a 2024 - I test drove the 2024 Nissan Sentra with only 11 miles on it. I was sold. Rafael and the entire friendly staff including Panda the finance dude made the entire experience extremely pleasant. I cannot stop smiling at my NEW car and Yes, I tell everyone who will listen - Get your new car from Daytona Nissan...specifically Rafael Rios! Their service is unbeatable. Thank You Daytona Nissan!
