A customer sales person by the name of Meysam Kaed helped me with a financial issue. Although he gained no benefit from it he took the time to help me find a solution to my problem. Both my mother and I after we left talked about how surprised and thankful we were for his help. Beforehand, we were hoping that it would go as well as it did, but initially we were expecting more pushback and trouble. However with his help it went smoothly and quickly.
