I have been with Yark Automotive Group since 2010; however, I came with the building, as this was Saturn of Toledo before Yark Subaru. In addition to Sales Consultant, I also wear the hat of Internet Manager. Subaru is a great brand that's safe and reliable, which is why I have a Forester and an Outback in my driveway. Over the years I have also owned an Impreza, WRX, STI, and a Legacy. When I'm not busy selling cars, I enjoy a good book and you can usually find me at Barnes and Noble. Road trips are also very important to me and take an epic trip at least once a year. For 2025 I drove my Forester to Kansas to go visit Baby Mars the pigmy hippo and averaged 34 MPG for 1,900 miles. Subaru also sponsors many different animal rescue organizations and I am an active volunteer with Hairy Houdini Siberian Husky Rescue and have five fur babies. On my days off, my daughter and I enjoy our Off The Track Thoroughbred, grandson of the famous A.P. Indy.

I was ready to buy my third Honda, but all of the safety features, options and smooth ride were swaying me to the Outback. The deciding factor was the product knowledge and attention we received from our sales person as well as the sales manager. My husband had some confirmed internet quotes from dealers outside Toledo and we were pleasantly surprised that Yark was able to match the price and we were able to buy local. We're very happy with the vehicle as well as the personal service we have received and we will receive in the future. We haven't bought a vehicle from Yark for quite some time, but we're very glad we did this time. More

Drove from michigan.. This dealer had exactly what we were looking for, all black subaru forester. I think this dealership (Yark) is top of the line in customer service. I have never had a bad experience and they are very accommodating. I have people ask how I like my Subaru and I tell them to go to Yark and test drive. Now lastly I live in Oregon Oh so it's not like this is a 10-15 min drive. But I appreciate their helpfulness so it's worth it for straight answers and great service. More

Went through all the normal process, negotiated, and came to an agreed upon fair price. Mia was excellent the entire time. I've dealt with many, many terrible long-distance salespeople, and she is by far the best. There was only 1 key for my VW when I bought it. They're $300+ EACH. Two weeks after the deal was done, I got a call from Mia telling me that she followed up with the previous owner and got the other 2 keys. She had nothing to gain from this, just being an excellent person. Highly recommended. More

I was treated with so much respect and that really made me feel very good. I have to thank Mia and the team for making my dream come true I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great no hassle deal. Mia Knicely responded quickly and was very responsive in all my subsequent email requests for information. After scheduling an appointment with Mia at the dealership, I met with her and test drove the vehicle and discussed options, pricing, and warranties. I returned a few days later with my wife to test drive the car and we made a decision to buy. Thru out the entire decision making process, Mia was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I never felt pressure from Mia to make a decision to buy. Instead, Mia came across more as a friend and trusted advisor in the selection of our new car. Buying our first Subaru was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Thanks Mia. More

After looking for a new car for quite a while and not being able to get what I felt was a "good deal" we pretty much gave up. A friend asked us to go to HIS Subaru dealership before we just gave up. Every thing was great and our sales person Mia, made sure I did not settle for less than what I wanted!
