Mia Knicely will remain our family favorite car salesperson forever. As far as we remember, she sold us 4 pairs of Foresters (for my wife and myself) which we loved. She made our buyer's experience very pleasant laying out the purchasing process smoothly, friendly, and humorous simultaneously. She educated us during that process and gave a variety of invaluable advices. Mia has a unique personality and quite polished level of expertise not only in cars, but in human beings' structures as well. That helps her to immediately identify her buyers personalities and establish mutually valued contacts. Having moved away from Toledo area, we will remember Mia's help forever and will keep buying Foresters with memories of her. We hope to meet her sometime and will keep in touch. Everything was good with the buying experience. All negotiations were handled outside and the paperwork was mostly done remotely with only a few signings to be done at delivery, again outside. The Yark Subaru team was incredible to work with! They helped make my first new car purchase a great experience. They were all super friendly, available to answer any and all questions, and did everything helped make my first new car purchase a great experience. They were all super friendly, available to answer any and all questions, and did everything they could to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for. From my first visit I knew I wasn't going to buy my car from anywhere else. And even though it took me a year and a half to finally pull the trigger, they were always there to answer questions along the way. From start to finish I felt like I was working with friends I'd go out and have drinks with, not the creepy high pressure sales people I'd encountered at other dealerships before them. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from Yark Subaru and I look forward to many years of "friendship" with the team that will now keep my beautiful new car happy and healthy. More

We couldn’t have had a better experience at Yark Subaru. It was our first time buying a car and from the moment we walked in the door, we felt so well taken care of.
