Micah worked tirelessly with us to find the vehicle we wanted (we were very picky in what we wanted). When the vehicle we wanted most suddenly became unavailable (it appeared that it was purchased in one wanted (we were very picky in what we wanted). When the vehicle we wanted most suddenly became unavailable (it appeared that it was purchased in one of their other dealerships), we actually bought the one that was second place. But Micah continued to check on our most wanted vehicle for the next tthree days (we elected to take delivery three days later). When our most wanted vehicle suddenly became available again, he arranged to have it delivered from one of their other dealerships as he was more interested in giving us what we wanted instead of being satisfied with the current sale. Adam in Finance also was a great help in making our purchase go smoothly, including redoing all the paperwork to change the vehicle actually delivered to us. We believe that our buying experience was superb, and will recommend Micah and Crain to our friends. More

Micah was tireless in finding the vehicle we wanted, and even after we closed on a vehicle that was our second choice (delivery was two days out at our choosing), he continued to seek our first choice, and even after we closed on a vehicle that was our second choice (delivery was two days out at our choosing), he continued to seek our first choice, and we will now have it when we pick it up in two days. The process of buying and the closing with Adam, was also flawless. More

There’s a warranty on the engine for a defect that covers a new engine if the rods or bearings go. Unfortunately ours had a fuel intake valve that disintegrated (how I understood it) and ruined the engine. Kia wouldn’t cover it and we didn’t get any offer of help in replacing the engine. Seemed pretty poor to me from a company that’s acknowledged problems with the engine. I had been putting at least one quart of oil in the engine every week for over a year and was told that the engine would eventually die. It did, but not for the right reason. We were offered $500 on a trade which, I guess was their idea of trying to help us out. I sold the car online to “Peddle” for $2,780”. I was told they would do what they could to make things right but was not offered much in a trade and was not offeeed what I would consider any kind of a deal on purchasing a new or used car. Service techs were very nice and helpful and Lisa in customer care was very nice. The service manager did go to bay for me in trying to get the engine replaced but was turned down by his higher-ups. Overall pretty disappointed with Kia and how the whole situation was handled at the corporate level. More
