We called before we even got to the store and told Michael what kind of car we were looking for. Upon arrival he helped us with all the paperwork we needed and showed us all of our options of cars wit Michael what kind of car we were looking for. Upon arrival he helped us with all the paperwork we needed and showed us all of our options of cars within our price range. After test driving a couple of cars we felt comfortable in purchasing one and he made sure we made it home safely and continued to check in on us to make sure the car was working well for us. We are thankful for all of this companies time and help and especially for Michael helping us drive the right car for us home. More

Dishonest First: Lots of overpriced and unwanted dealer adds. For example: 250 dollars for nitrogen in the tires. 500 dollars for tint...etc. Second: Tried to r First: Lots of overpriced and unwanted dealer adds. For example: 250 dollars for nitrogen in the tires. 500 dollars for tint...etc. Second: Tried to renege on our original signed contract 10 days after I left with the car. Argued with the finance manager, Mike, for over an hour and was told I had to come back to dealership and sign a new, worst, deal with VW finance or give back the car and pay for the mileage that i drove! Half way driving there the General manager, Victor, calls me and says nothing had to change with contract after all. I'm sure plenty of people just sign whatever gets put in front of them because they assume that's just the way it is. If I hadn't argued for over an hour, I'm sure the General Manger would never have gotten involved. Feels very dishonest being told two completely different things by the same dealership. Third: Car has a broken handhold, was told by Edgar, the sales manager, he would order the part and it would be here in 3 days. Two weeks go by and no one calls. I call back and I am transferred to three different people: all of which say the part was never ordered. Finally, the forth person, Barb, says the part was actually ordered. Took 20 minutes and 4 different people to determine a simple part order. Fourth: Car is missing the "Performance Monitor" from the navigation system. (a option that is listed on the window sticker as standard equipment). Has been nearly four weeks waiting for them to fix it. No one can tell me when or if its getting fixed. Buyer Beware! More

Service advisor David refused to honor agreement i was offer Went into Avondale VW service center last minute for an oil change. Barbara, the serrvice manager has been great to let me bring my own oil and filte Went into Avondale VW service center last minute for an oil change. Barbara, the serrvice manager has been great to let me bring my own oil and filter and she would charge me $15 to change my oil. Since she did this gesture of kindness for me so i have taken my passat there for repair services. May 13th, i stopped in and met a service advisor named david (may or may not be his real name. My guess is not his actual name) I mentioned i didnt have an appt but was willing to give him whatever time was needed to get my oil changed, no problem. He enters my VIN # in his system to bring up my acct info and prints out an invoice for $35 (2 and a half times more than Barbara would have charged). I told him Barbara only charges me $15. He could see that on his computer screen then tells me in a very snide, rude and unprofessional tone "well maybe you should come back monday and see Barbara, i wont honor barbara's price of an oil change for $15. Wrong answer David! Over a $20 bill, you just lost all other service business, and any intention i had to continue working with your sales team to buy another VW. Congratulations! More
