Car salespeople always have the gift of gab but rarely do you feel like you can trust them. They have a job to do and a paycheck that they depend on like everyone else. Of course, that applies to Hormis too but he was just a regular guy and that really makes a difference. His words didn’t sound like a recording, they sounded sincere. I think we are going to be very happy working with Subaru in Countryside. I moved around the dealership a bit when we were there. I observed the people working. They seemed to be enjoying themselves and I really hope that is the case. I think that says a lot about a business. More

Even though I arrived close to closing time, around 7 PM, my salesperson was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was completed that same evening without rushing the process. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were truly second to none. The dealership itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and very welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience, and I would absolutely do business with them again. Highly recommended! More
