When I arrived requesting a diagnostic service, I was asked to pay a $135 fee to simply be informed what my vehicle’s malfunction was. The fact that you feel comfortable asking that amount of money for a asked to pay a $135 fee to simply be informed what my vehicle’s malfunction was. The fact that you feel comfortable asking that amount of money for a process that many other shops perform for free is outrageous. Be ashamed. More

I was in Harrisburg on a weekend visit and called with concerns on my brakes. Alexis was the very best service advisor I have evercome into contact with. She was very professional yet down to earth. I dro concerns on my brakes. Alexis was the very best service advisor I have evercome into contact with. She was very professional yet down to earth. I dropped my car off Saturday and it was done by first thing Monday morning. She did not only listen but heard my concerns. She even had a shuttle come pick me up! The driver of the shuttle (I wish I remembered his name) was the sweetest guy! I never felt unsure or unsafe. Felt like family.. people like these two make Sutliff VW a dealership I will continue to recommend and go to when possible for all my VW concerns! Thank you! More
