After a very undesirable experience at another Toyota dealership, Ed Martin knocked it out of the park for us. Mike Ball is the man! Helping us WAY before he was even scheduled to be at work. We knew t dealership, Ed Martin knocked it out of the park for us. Mike Ball is the man! Helping us WAY before he was even scheduled to be at work. We knew the car we wanted, Mike showed it to us immediately, we test drove, gave our info and DONE... new car! No muss,no fuss... dealt with one person (except when talking with the financier, who was great too) and had fun doing it. We will be back to Ed Martin again for our next vehicle! More
