We had a very smooth buying experience with Leif Johnson Ford in Austin. After shopping for many months and being willing to travel a great distance for the right deal, we found our vehicle at a great pric Ford in Austin. After making an inquiry online, I was connected with Michael Ballesteros in sales. We worked out details through text and email, came to an agreement, and Rene, the finance guy, got us a rate we couldn't beat on our own. Ryan Fisher worked through all of the purchase process with us via email, text and phone. I can't say enough about how easy these guys made our buying experience. While it was nerve wracking agreeing to purchase a car 6 hours from home we had never seen, we made the trip to Austin and found everything to be just as was portrayed. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for at a price that couldn't be beat, and there were no hidden fees, no ridiculous pressure to buy things we didn't want. Everything was done very transparently, no hassles, no stress. Michael has even been helpful to answer my questions after the sale. We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy at Leif Johnson Ford. More

Very deceiving with the paperwork. Yet I signed it thinking my note would be $200.00 less. Very disappointed!! They all claimed they did and showed me my signature. I'm a 70 year old disabled citizen. Sounds like they got over on a senior citizen. More
