This is my 4th purchase from this dealership and there is a reason I keep going back. Every car that I purchase I do my due diligence on. I don't just blindly accept what any dealer gives as a price or deal. I make sure I check thoughout the area on the same vehicle at different dealerships to check on the best deal and best customer relationship. I was once in the car business and I know a fraud when I see one. There is a reason I keep coming back to spirit as the sales force and management do not play games with the customer and are very, very forthcoming on the actual prices they pay and what you will pay. They have not only beat the price every time I go out and purchase but they do it in a no haggle manner. Trust is a hard thing to come by when you are buying a vehicle and Spirit has earned it for good. More

Vicky was going to show us all the Chrysler 2014 vans, but they all had black interior in them and we did not want that color. She told us she can look around for a red Chrysler van with the beige interior and she found it for us. Vicky was very patient with us and told us how much it cost. Mike Baus and Vicky really helped me find the van I wanted. SINCERELY, TARA SMALL More

They offer superior customer service and product knowledge. Mike Baus (owner), Bob Dybus (salesman) and the rest of the team made us feel like a part of the Spirit family. We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles that day, a 2014 Chrysler 200 Touring and a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, both of which were a perfect fit for our family! More

Mike treated my son and I with the utmost respect and was very fair in the pricing of the vehicle. I have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and have always found them to be fair and friendly toward me and my family members that I send here to purchase vehicles. They have a great attitude of treating a customer the way that customer would like to be treated. I also take my vehicles to Spirit for maintenance. The service department is great to work with. They tell you what is wrong with your vehicle (if anything) and they tell you to watch out for things that are getting close to needing repair, so you can determine when to fix something. They provide a FREE 16 point inspection of your vehicle every time you go in; even if it's just for an oil change. They care about your car and they care about you! More
