Surprisingly easy! I hate buying cars and get very stressed out at the thought of it. I came to Patrick Subaru expecting the worst. I was very pleasantly surprised! Mike was very patient and thoroughly explained every detail, every step of the way. He was honest and transparent with information and costs. He took plenty of time helping me get familiar with the car I was purchasing and with the whole process. David, the finance person I met with, was also very easy to talk to and all in all, I felt that l was treated with respect and honesty. I would definitely come here again, and would recommend this business. More
