The details were clearly and thoroughly explained. My trade in allowance was higher than the figure I had in mind going in and the price of the car was quite reasonably discounted. I was listened to, treated with respect and the utmost courtesy, and the atmosphere was one of genuine friendliness and good humor. This is the way a new car purchase should work. I would highly recommend Steingold Volvo and this is coming from a 59 year old who has purchased many new cars and trucks, foreign and domestic. Michael and Steven Bernardo were just terrific, extremely professional and knowledgable. And their mom , Leslie, is a lovely woman and pretty cute too...ha! More

They really appear to be about making the customer completely satisfied rather than just in for snagging the "buy". I also liked that the dealer is also the person who comes up with the numbers as well, so your not waiting for the dealer to go in some secret back room and get a number from some other person you may never meet. Everything is done right there in front of you, and they even turn the computer screen to show you exactly what the numbers look like. And they did not sneak in any tricks at the last minute either, everything I was told I'd get, I got. This was by far the best dealership I have dealt with and I absolutely love my Volvo S60! More

Literally signed as needed and took the keys. Insurance, registration, etc was all taken care of in advance. Can't say enough good things.
