We were buying a car from out of state. Previously, i owed two XC90's and now we are enjoying our new XC60. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Also the service department is also exceptional. They are friendly, helpful and cooperative. I had purchased from a Massachusets dealership for my first Volvo, only to find out that they had mislead us on many fronts. I called on Saturday after seeing a Volvo on their website and Stephen said that they were not open on Sunday but would be there for another customer and to come in to look at the car. When I got the website and Stephen said that they were not open on Sunday but would be there for another customer and to come in to look at the car. When I got there, I met Michael who greeted me and showed me the car I was interested in. I test drove it and loved it. Within 1 hour I was approved for financing and Stephen was able to let me drive the car home the same day. The friendliness, service and professionalism was outstanding from this family owned business and these 2 brothers. I have always heard great things about price and service from Steingold Volvo and I will never go anyhwhere else to buy my Volvo's in the future. More
