I went to this dealership hoping to get a new Mercedes GLA. I previously had such a bad experience at the Acura dealership when purchasing my RDX. When I went here I was greeted by Micheal. I love my Certified Pre-Owned 2019 AMG E53 Convertible! I was searching for this car and found it at Mercedes Benz Rockville Center. The car only had 11,000 miles, one owner and a clean carfax. My salesman, Michael Bianco, was super kind and patient while I was deciding which vehicle to purchase. I knew what I wanted as soon as I laid eyes on it in the showroom so it wasn’t a difficult deal. Howe while I was deciding which vehicle to purchase. That didn’t worry or intimidate Michael (or Alan who put my finance paperwork together). Delivery process was smooth yet personal, which I appreciated.
