We do apologize for the situation. Upon doing research, you had never informed our service department of the shaking in the vehicle. Our service department made you aware that 2 tires needed to be replaced, and you received a quote with a $200 discount, as well as an oil change free of charge. Yes, I did make you aware the reply was we have no AC techs available on the weekend or anyone to address the shaking of the vehicle after giving me my keys back and offering me 2 tiers for an additional $500.00 and some odd dollars more. Could you tell me why a customer after spending over $39,000.00 needs to pay for tiers after getting there free first oil change? You also forgot to mention I also mentioned AC does not work. So, tell me where and how was the right thing done???? Be aware of this dealership, their tone suggests arrogance and their ending sentence reveals their true nature.

Hope this helps! "I strongly advise you to avoid this car dealership. Nowadays, there are numerous options available to purchase a reliable vehicle, whether new or used. However, this dealership still follows the old and unethical practices of taking advantage of customers, just like in the 70s. I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th anniversary edition from them, and when I took it for the first oil change, I noticed that the front end was shaking while braking. Upon investigation, I was informed that I needed new tires and couldn't do a tire rotation because the tires were in bad condition, even though I had purchased the vehicle less than five months ago. They are refusing to address the issue, and as a result, I am operating an unsafe vehicle—a vehicle they sold to me, fully aware of its condition. Yes, I did make them aware of no AC blowing out hot air the reply was we have no AC techs available on the weekend or anyone to address the shaking of the vehicle after giving me my keys back and offering me 2 tiers for an additional $500.00 and some odd dollars more. Could you tell me why a customer after spending over $39,000.00 needs to pay for tiers after getting their free first oil change that comes with the purchase?
