Disorganized Unhappy with the finance dept. Tried to increase the rate over what I was knew I had been approved for. I emailed and left voicemails to see why my tr Unhappy with the finance dept. The finance person who signed paperwork with us was complaining about a girl who works there. Very unprofessional! More

Pretty typical, 100 problems found and ALL critical and dang I took the car in for a Takata airbag recall. Of course they performed a complimentary inspection. In the inspection, they found multiple items and, o I took the car in for a Takata airbag recall. Of course they performed a complimentary inspection. In the inspection, they found multiple items and, of course, the report claimed that every single one of them was a disaster waiting to happen and we'd all die unless every single one was taken care of immediately. The thing is, I was aware of most of them and have been keeping my eye on them. One of them, they must not have actually taken the wheel off to look underneath. I had a seized caliper and had just replaced it. There were a lot of signs still visible from it because I hadn't cleaned the car after the repair. They flagged it as a ceased caliper and that it needed to be replaced. Oy! More
