I took my car in for a routine oil and filter change, a fix to the driver's side front tire which was going flat, so they put a plug in the tire to repair it, and during the inspection that the service tec fix to the driver's side front tire which was going flat, so they put a plug in the tire to repair it, and during the inspection that the service technician did he found and repaired a torn CV Joint. Excellent work and my car was returned clean and to my satisfaction. The technician, Nathan Ayoub did an excellent job and made a huge catch and repair of the CV Joint. Nathan Ayoub should be given a 10 STAR rating. Thanks to The Sterling Ford Team. More

Went it for service on my vehicle. Dropped off on a Friday evening. The next day, when I finally got a hold of someone, I was informed that they would not be working on the car until t Dropped off on a Friday evening. I was shocked since this had not been disclosed when I made the appointment or when I had dropped off my vehicle. The associate seemed to brush off my shock and said they only do smaller work on Saturdays. Luckily the overall repair went fine but I may reconsider going to Ford in future More
