I bought a 2005 Jeep Rubicon online with 83000 miles. The dealer was very professional and sold what they represented in the description they accepted my offer as well. Michael Brill who was my sales rep, did a great job answering questions and addressing any concerns. The GM was also very great to work with.I expressed my concern that since I purchased a vehicle online and had no way to test drive it as I live in Texas and they are located in Arizona, how can I be assured upon receipt that I will have the ability to have resolutions should there be any mechanical problem at time of receipt and a day or two to test the vehicle. He assured me that the dealership will stand behind what they sold me and allow me a reasonable solution if there were a problem. This was how I confidently closed the sale with such great professional courtesy. The Jeep arrived yesterday on 8/30/22 in superb condition of a vehicle 17 years old. The dealer completely detailed the vehicle, including the engine and engine compartment, the gave me a full tank of gas and I was informed by the delivery driver that the Jeep top was brand new from the dealership. My wife and I have taken it on the road in our neighborhood for a superficial shakedown. So far everything works as it should. Today I will test the 4x4 both high and low and also the air lockers that the Rubicon is noted to have as standard equipment. The interior was in excellent condition and had high quality seat covers on the front buckets and rear seat as well. All in all the Jeep for its age is as near new condition as can be expected and we were both elated and relived to finally have it in our possession. From start to finish of sale to delivery it took about two weeks. I found this to be acceptable as we live over 1000 miles from the dealership and had to shop for a reasonable rate for a auto transport company. Diesel Auto Express is who did my delivery and I highly recommend them should anyone need a transport service. They took great care to ensure the vehicle arrived in a timely manner and in the condition it left the dealership. They are an insured and reputable company with dispatchers who can tell you where your driver is and also provide the drivers phone number. This was a plus sines we live remote and wanted the driver to have local road conditions and route options. If you find a vehicle from this dealership that you want to purchase I would proceed with extreme confidence that you will get professional service and treatment. More

Michael Brill went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that my dealership experience went as smoothly and was as enjoyable as possible. Chapman may be in the car dealing industry, but they should tru sure that my dealership experience went as smoothly and was as enjoyable as possible. From initial order through delivery Michael Brill was pleasant and honest. Whenever a question would arise he would try to answer and if he did not have the answer he would find someone who did. There was never any typical dealer bs one expects. I did have to pay full MSRP and about a $1000 in add on but for a MachE that was expected. The price did increase after the order was submitted but the dealership honored the original price. there was no attempt to increase the price from what was initially agreed to. I was impressed buy Chapman Ford and especially Michael Brill. More

Just brought my new Mach-E home. Dealing with Chapman Ford Scottsdale, from introduction on the phone, to salesroom visit and test drive, to sales (Michael Brill) support on many questions, some rather d Ford Scottsdale, from introduction on the phone, to salesroom visit and test drive, to sales (Michael Brill) support on many questions, some rather difficult to get an answer, but all got answered with solid and right answers, to delivery went as well as any prior car buying experience, except for one huge hiccup. We did have to sit for over 3 hours waiting for the finance team to figure out how to use the new Options plan Ford offered exclusively for the Mach-E. We expected a couple hours to complete delivery, but it took five, and I mostly blame Ford for not providing adequate materials and tools for the dealers to execute on this new pseudo-lease plan needed to meet federal rules for dealing with electric vehicle tax credit. Those extra 3 hours of sitting and waiting were painful, too painful to give a full five stars, but all else with this purchase was handled with near perfection. My recommendation is to not be the first person at any car dealer to use a new finance option! More

Michael is one of the best sales reps I have worked with (and I have bought several cars with different sales people), and he has made it to the top of the list! I came in at 8pm at night, after trying to b (and I have bought several cars with different sales people), and he has made it to the top of the list! I came in at 8pm at night, after trying to buy at a different Ford dealership, and was hoping they would help me find the perfect truck that was a gift for my mother's birthday. He did exactly that. He was never pushy, 100% patient with my 8 year old daughter, even considering we were there all the way up to 11pm at night finalize everything. He even gave us snacks and drinks due to the time of night. He, and Chapman, helped make the process smooth and made my mother have the greatest birthday ever. Thank you! More

Mike Brill was a perfect salesman for me. He didn't waste time and he listened to what my wife and I need. Then when the vehicle needed to be serviced for a recall he stuck by us every step until ite was com time and he listened to what my wife and I need. While Chapman Ford has a large inventory, they didn't have quite what I wanted; Michael Brill was enormously helpful in keeping me up to date on newl While Chapman Ford has a large inventory, they didn't have quite what I wanted; Michael Brill was enormously helpful in keeping me up to date on newly arriving inventory and showing me the numerous different configurations of trucks and drivetrains Ford offers. The Chapman Ford management did their best to sell me a truck on the lot for a good price but ultimately I decided on ordering a truck to my exact specifications. Once again, Michael Brill did an outstanding job with helping me through the ordering process. Over the past year and dozens of test drives at multiple dealerships in the valley, he was one of a very few that kept the customer first. Thanks again! More
