I constantly troll the internet for rebates and good pricing with the intent to purchase when the deals are good. So I have known and shopped the same local Lexus dealers for years. My experience has been that some of them good and trustworthy and some – not so much. And their lack pricing flexibility has always taken me elsewhere for purchases. Now there is a new dealer in town - New Country Lexus of Great Neck. I contacted them recently for a purchase and they were flexible and accepting of my proposal for a purchase with trade in. They don’t give you a price and then upon signing suddenly throw in dealer admin fees and other truly annoying extra charges like most dealers. This brand new dealership is efficient – they won’t waste your time – and yet they give you all the time you need to ask questions and to show you how to best use the technology in their vehicles. In my case (baby boomer) that meant hours of willing and friendly help upon vehicle pickup. Each person I dealt with was polite, businesslike, and genuinely interested in making everything perfect for a purchase and they knocked it out of the park. Nicholas (Tech specialist/sales), Shaikh (Business Manager), and Michael (General Manager) worked together as a team to make this the best purchase experience ever for me. I would say you owe it to yourself to include them in your Lexus shopping. Thanks to everyone at New Country Lexus of Great Neck. More
