The finance manager, Joseph on the other hand is very pushy to make a decision on something you do not want and degraded my boyfriend when asking questions. His reply about service package questions were “ well that’s great you can do oil changes but are you also a software engineer” we stood our ground and walked out with what we wanted. had it been ANY other salesman, than Michael, we would have walked away.
