My previous experience with this dealership has been great this time however not so much. Purchased a brand new platinum f150. The truck was levelled and delivered yet the front of the truck was 1.5 inc great this time however not so much. Purchased a brand new platinum f150. The truck was levelled and delivered yet the front of the truck was 1.5 inches higher than the rear. They said “most people do not take a level to the truck” a level was not needed as the error was visually detectable. I also had a cover put on the rear. This was installed incorrectly and would not close properly when the tailgate was closed. Simultaneously I purchased a second brand new truck for my son. He too had a levelling kit installed this time his truck was 1.5 inches higher in the rear than the front. I was made to feel that my dissatisfaction with my purchases was causing me to make issues that did not exist. I paid out of pocket to correct all issues and do not think I will do business with Mile again. More
